Entries treat Aging and the brain, Brain scans, Circadian rhythm, Down syndrome, Friedreich's ataxia, Mapping the brain, Narcolepsy , Postconcussion syndrome , and Slow viruses of the brain, to name just a few topics. The introduction notes that almost every entry has been revised, many with extensive updates.
