About the Author

Rob Cole is a project management consultant with over 20 years experience. He runs high profile projects and specialises in project troubleshooting. He has been involved in the Agile community form it’s earliest days in the DSDM consortium and regularly uses APM on projects of all sizes, and trains teams in it’s practical day-to-day uses.
